110 kV cable system, direct buried in backfill. Three identical 1×1200 mm² Al circuits at 2 m spacing in one 6 m backfill — differing only in bonding. A 1.3 × emergency for six hours takes the both-ends bonded circuit to 105.3 °C, exactly its emergency limit.

The deepest point of the bore is rarely the point you designed for.

An HDD crossing leaves the trench and passes through whatever the ground offers. AmpaCore sweeps the bore depth directly, resolves the effective g-value of the soil mix above the cable at every step, and returns a rating profile along the leg. Edit a layer and the profile recomputes.
